Q. HOW LONG DOES A REPAIR USUALLY TAKE?
A. Depending on how busy we are at the time. It we can usually get your tool looked and evaluated within a few days. If we need to order parts, it usually takes about a week.
Q. IF I WANT TO ORDER A PART FOR MY TOOL WHAT DO YOU NEED?
A. The easiest way is to have the manufacturers part number. If not please provide a Model number and we will be happy to assist you and look up the parts number.
Q. WHAT DO YOU NEED FOR A WARRANTY REPAIR?
A. Some tool manufacturers offer extended or lifetime warranties. If so we would need the proper paperwork. Most of the time we just need a copy of your original receipt. Any tool without a valid serial number will NOT be covered under warranty.
Q. WHAT BRANDS OF EQUIPMENT DON'T YOU REPAIR?
A. We repair just about every major brand of power tool equipment. We DO NOT repair Hilti or Craftsmen brand tools or equipment.
Q. HOW MUCH DOES AN ESTIMATE COST?
A. We provide you a free up front estimate. If you decide to repair there is no additional charge. However, if you decline the estimate cost, a $20.00 inspection fee will apply. You will receive your tool back DIS-ASSEMBLED per insurance liability laws. By law, any tool not repaired must be returned dis-assembled. We can not re-assemble a tool that is not put back to manufacturers specifications.

A. We do sell used tools and equipment. Please call.
Q. IS THERE A DIFFERENCE IN TOOLS SOLD BY HOME DEPOT/LOWE'S vs. A FACTORY AUTHORIZED DEALER SUCH AS PANDA? - The most frequent question asked by customers.
A. Yes, there is a difference. The big box stores like Home Depot and Lowe's sell the lower quality tools, even if they are the same brand or model. Tool manufacturing companies sell them lower quality equipment so they can sell for very low prices. All of our tools come direct from the manufacturer's factory warehouse.
