Figured on OUR SHOP HOURLY LABOR RATE.
*ALL UNREPAIRED tools will be returned DISASSEMBLED per law.
*ALL CORDS/PLUGS that are UNSAFE, DAMAGED or MODIFIED will be
REPLACED with an approved 2 or 3-wire cord to comply with FEDERAL
REGULATIONS. Cord replacement will be at the customers expense unless
Repair is considered WARRANTY.
*ESTIMATES if repair costs exceed 50% of the Suggested Industry Net Price
Of a new tool, you will be given an estimate before the repair is completed.
*Any tool not picked up, or any estimate not responded to within 30 Days of
Notification, is subject to a weekly STORAGE CHARGE in the amount of 10%
of the current suggested industry NET PRICE of tool. Your tool will be
SCRAPPED or otherwise disposed of by Panda Electrical Service at such time
As the incurred storage charge exceeds the SUGGESTED INDUSTRY NET
PRICE of tool.

Panda remains open for business and doing what we can to keep our customers and staff safe. In addition to the following CDC recommendations, here is our plan:
The shop is operating under a closed door policy. Customers are not permitted in the building. We have implemented a contactless customer drop-off and pick-up for your power tool repairs. We would prefer to do all business through UPS/FED Ex. If customers must come down, they MUST CONTACT US AND MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR PICK UP OR DROP OFF.
All pick ups must be called ahead and paid for over the phone. Upon arrival please ring bell out back for a quick exchange. Or we can leave in our secure drop box located at the back door. NO MORE PAYING AT THE DOOR UNTIL WE FULLY RE-OPEN.
As for drop offs, CUSTOMERS MUST CALL AHEAD WITH THEIR INFORMATION. We will have a repair ticket filled out and ready and upon arrival please ring bell on the back door for a quick exchange.
