Q. How long does a repair usually take?
A. Depending on how busy we are at that time. We can usually get your tool taken apart within a week. If we have to order parts then usually an additional week. We can let you know upon dropping off your tools.

Q. I want to order parts. What do I need?
A. We ask that you please provide us the model number or part number you are looking for. As long as you can provide us the model of the tool we can look up the part number for you.

Q. What do I need to provide for a warranty repair?
A. On most brands we need a copy of your sales receipt. Also some brands have date codes on the tool itself that we can go by.

Q. How long is Panda's warranty after a repair has been made?
A. We guarantee all parts that we install for up to 60 days. 

Q. I do not live close by. What is the process to ship in a repair?
A. Feel free to ship in your repairs. Simply put a note inside the box with all your return information. We will then contact you with a price to repair.

Q. Do you provide free estimates?
A. We provide you with a free up-front estimate. However, if you decide not to go ahead with the repair, there will be a $25.00 inspection fee to cover the bench time.

Q. Does Panda rent tools?
A. Unfortunately, we do not rent any tool at this time.

Q. I can never find parking on Main street. Is there parking out back?
A. Yes! We have a parking lot right behind our building. Feel free to park there.
